At Enriching Collective, our offerings are not one-size-fits-all; they are flexible, soul-led services designed to hold you in whatever season you find yourself in. Whether you are navigating pregnancy, adjusting to new motherhood, or simply craving space to breathe, we are here to offer emotional, practical and grounded support that nourishes your whole self, mind, body, and spirit.

If you are in need of care but can not quite find the right fit among our services, please reach out. We are always open to co-creating a support package that meets you exactly where you are at.

1 | Peer Support

$120 per session (1 hour)

Feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or simply stretched too thin? Whether you are navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or the emotional terrain that follows, we are here to offer support that’s grounded, compassionate, and deeply human.
 

Our peer support sessions are offered in-person or over the phone and provide a calm, non-judgmental space to feel heard, seen, and gently held.
 

Support may include:

  • Emotional support for appointments or check-ins

  • Mental health reassurance during pregnancy and beyond
    (non-medical)

  • Birth debriefing and reflection

  • Grief and loss support

  • Self-aware, values-aligned parenting guidance (non-medical)

  • Practical self-care tools and emotional wellbeing resources
     

This is care that meets you exactly where you are at, rooted in lived experience and offered with empathy, honesty, and heart.
 

Please note: $1 per km will occur for anything outside of the Shepparton, Kialla, Mooroopna and Nathalia catchment area.

2 | Three Hour Self-Care Package

$260

Designed to support women during one of life’s most transformative (and often exhausting) seasons, this flexible 3-hour session gives you space to exhale and receive the care you deserve.
 

You choose what kind of support you need on the day, emotional, practical, respite care, or a blend of all three.

Whether it’s:

  • A listening ear and compassionate peer support

  • Child or baby care so you can rest, recover, or attend an appointment

  • Help with everyday tasks like dishes, laundry, or groceries
     

This session is all about you and your well-being.
 

It also makes a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one navigating pregnancy, early motherhood, or a tough time. Because sometimes, the most meaningful thing you can give is support.

Please note: $1 per km will occur for anything outside of the Shepparton, Kialla, Mooroopna and Nathalia catchment area.

3 | Practical Support

2 hands

$90 per hour. 
 

Sometimes, support looks like folded laundry, a tidy kitchen, or a few things ticked off the to-do list so you can exhale.
 

We offer hands-on help with everyday tasks that can feel overwhelming during pregnancy and early motherhood. This kind of care is gentle, grounded, and gives you the breathing space to focus on what matters most.
 

Support may include:

  • Grocery shopping or errand running

  • Laundry (washing, folding or putting away)

  • Dishwashing and light kitchen reset

  • Basic meal prep or cooking*
     

*ingredients must be supplied by the client or additional charges may apply for purchasing.

4 | Respite

$110 per hour. 
 

Need a moment to rest, shower, eat a meal while it’s hot, or simply sit in stillness?

We care for your baby and/or children in the comfort of your home so you can take the time you need to restore your energy and tend to your own well-being.
 
Whether you are recovering from birth, in the thick of early motherhood, or simply navigating a demanding day,
we are here to help however that looks for you.
 

Respite care may include:
  • Feeding, changing, bathing, settling or entertaining your child/ren
  • Supporting nap time, walks, or daily rhythms
  • Creating space for you to rest, shower, connect with a friend, or breathe deeply
  • Care for baby/child/children while Mum has appointments
     
Because time for yourself is not a luxury, it is essential. When a mother is supported, her whole family benefits.

Guide. Teach. Educate. Hold space.
This group is a gentle invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and with like-minded women walking a similar path.

 

In these sessions, we explore:

  • Mental health and emotional well-being

  • The practice of self-care and self-love

  • The importance of rest, boundaries, and joy

  • Navigating life’s transitions with grace and community
     

Whether we are sitting in a circle, journaling, listening, or simply sharing the moment, these gatherings are designed to nourish your physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
 

You deserve time to tend to yourself. Because when we care for ourselves, we are better equipped to care for others, and to meet life with more presence and compassion.
